La Belle Vie’s fitness classes promote a sense of achievement and camaraderie within the group in addition to enhancing the physical strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility of participating individuals.
La Belle Vie offers corporate fitness classes for groups of up to 20 employees. These classes can be taught on-site, in such places as cafeterias or corporate fitness centers. Our packages allow you to mix and match numerous activities so that your employees are guaranteed the widest possible range of workout options.
Mind & Body Classes:
Yoga
This class is based on an ancient form of movement that promotes balance, strength, stamina, flexibility, and relaxation through classic postures and breathing techniques. Designed to energize as well as exercise the body, Yoga improves a person’s overall sense of well being. All skill and experience levels are welcome as employees are encouraged to work at their own level, never forcing the body.
Pilates
Pilates is a total body workout suitable for all levels that builds overall strength and creates a long, lean look to the torso. This popular non-impact class focuses on proper core training to improve muscle strength, mobility, stabilization, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and body alignment. The program follows a set sequence of exercises and stretches that flow in a natural progression. Beginners start with basic exercises and build up to include additional exercises and more advanced positioning.

Ab Blast
Hit your middle with a blast of core conditioning exercises to enhance abdominal definition and stability. You will notice and feel the difference in no time.
Beautiful Booty
30 minutes dedicated solely to shaping and lifting the butt and toning the upper legs.
Aerobics
La Belle Vie Aerobics will strengthen your heart and mind with combinations and routines that are sure to burn calories, improve endurance, and increase your overall level of fitness. The class incorporates energetic music with motivating instructors to create a spunky group experience that is sure to be a hit.
Kickboxing
A high-energy fitness experience that includes jumping rope, abdominal work, calisthenics, boxing punches, karate kicks, jabs, and hooks. You’ll sharpen your striking skills for improved self defense, sculpt your body, and strengthen your cardiovascular system while relieving stress.
Reggae Jam
A spicy blend of Afro-Jamaican and hip hop dance with generous doses of street attitude and a hint of classic jazz. Move your body in ways you never thought possible.
Dance Step
Dance, twirl, and sweat your way through step choreography. Fun and flashy, dare yourself to dance while learning the meringue, salsa, cha cha, two-step, and tango.
Golf Swing
Learn techniques so you can have the perfect golf swing. Class also includes golf-specific functional exercise training with circuits that focus on rotational motion and dynamic stability. You will be a match for Tiger Woods in no time.
